The Pioneer Consortium adds Superior Public Library to LibLime Koha

North Bethesda, MD, March 28, 2012. Superior Public Library has joined the Pioneer consortium in using LibLime Koha for all collection and patron management services.
Superior Public Library staff worked with LibLime project managers to migrate bibliographic, item, and patron data from a Follet ILS product.

Vicki Perrie, Library Director of Superior Public Library said “it was a little scary changing systems, but the people at LibLime made it easy for us. I think we will really like using LibLime Koha.”

Superior Public Library, founded in 1893, serves the community of Superior, Nebraska by loaning items of interest and hosting events and programs for community members.

About the Pioneer Consortium
The Pioneer Consortium continues to expand the members in the LibLime Koha union catalog. The successes of the early members of the consortium are noticed by more and more libraries around the state of Nebraska, and the consortium membership continues to grow. One of the main attractions is access to the LibLime Koha union catalog.

To date, the Pioneer LibLime Koha union catalog includes over 430,000 bibliographic records and over 1.1 million items, and provides support to member libraries using various third party applications such as telephone renewals, self-checkout machines, and PC reservation software.
